Toddlers in Tow at the Woodinville Tasting Rooms?

Have you tossed around the idea of taking the kids along on a wine tasting outing?

You are not the only parent who would like to find a way to combine kid wrangling with wine tasting.  As one couple discovered, there are a few wineries in Woodinville that are suitable for the entire family.

Drinking wine in Washington with kids is an obvious challenge. But a few wineries make the experience doable. And sometimes even incredible.

JM Cellars

JM Cellars seven acre property is located on the “Bramble Bump” in the Hollywood District of Woodinville, WA. In addition to wine tasting, visitors can explore the flora and fauna surrounding the property.

Perched in the forest and removed from the vintners who are clustered about the city, JM Cellars offers a beautiful setting for tasting, and plenty of space and distractions for the children. The winery has outdoor fire pits, and charming little paths that lead to a pond and bocce ball court.

Two Vintners

Two Vintners, located in the Artisan Hill block within the Warehouse District of Woodinville, WA., is about branching out and bucking trends. It’s fitting that they would go the extra mile to accommodate everyone into their tasting room experience, even the littles.

Two Vintners dedicates half of its tasting room to children, having converted valuable storage space into a massive kids’ playroom.
